Add beans, whole grains, more cruciferous veggies, more nutrient dense veggies in addition to the cruciferous. Your yogurt should be plain and then add your fresh/frozen fruit
Remove muffins, potatoes (replace with quinoa or brown rice), stir fry noodles

Cut out as much bread and pita as you can.
