Nothing.  That's the problem.  They are lazy and dysfunctional.

It's sad that I know more about crime in my neighborhood from accounts like killmoenews than I do from MPD.

It's sad that it's citizens who are posting videos of crap like maniacs with MD plates trying to run over cyclists, then finding they also have $1500+ in unpaid tickets AND STILL nobody in the city does anything.  I read that MD and VA drivers owe DC $375 MILLION in unpaid fines.

We need people who will at least deal with the actual crime in our faces every day.

But here we are, with the paranoid conspiracy theorists, who think there are rooms full of people watching your every move waiting to pounce on you.  We can't even get them to pounce on the actual criminals, you dopes.[/quote]
