The number of APS staff that live in Fairfax has increased tremendously in the past 5-8 years paired with the fact that we are short on subs on normal days means APS will struggle to open on those days. I've been teaching in APS for 15 years and this hasn't always been the case- we frequently (and logically) were open when FCPS was closed for weather.[/quote]
