Did anyone else receive these cards and know more about it? I've checked with some other parents from our ES and they also received them, even if they didn't qualify for FARMs via income. My kids attend a Title I school and get universal breakfast--not sure if that's relevant but it could be. Does anyone know if we are actually allowed to use the funds from these cards? I don't want to get into trouble later, but again, we could really use this extra help right now.[/quote]
