But why did it take you 3 years to lose 15lbs on IF? I lost 30lbs in 5 months doing IF? Just curious why it took that long. I fast for 20hrs plus, and do 24 hr fasts weekly. So not sure if you were only doing the bare minimum? Furthermore, there s proven research called called a Nobel Prize on Autophagy, and the benefits of cell renewal and it’s induced by intermittent fasting when you fast for 20hours up to 72hrs.
