Sorry that happened to you. But why did it take you 3 years to lose 15lbs on IF? I lost 30lbs in 5 months doing IF? Just curious why it took that long. I fast for 20hrs plus, and do 24 hr fasts weekly. So not sure if you were only doing the bare minimum? Furthermore, there s proven research called called a Nobel Prize on Autophagy, and the benefits of cell renewal and it’s induced by intermittent fasting when you fast for 20hours up to 72hrs.

Your body will respond in the same way to the calories you consume whether you you eat 2000 calories in a 2 hr window or in a 18 hr window.
It does take advantage of the fact that hunger hormones are lower in the morning so skipping breakfast is easy. But if you then tack those calorie on later in the day you won't lose weight.
