Thank you.[/quote] I would give ibuprofen (my preference) or tylenol as long as he has a fever, or even if he doesn't have a fever but is fussy/irritated. Keep him at home unless he's not responding to the medicine within 60 minutes, then you could take him to the doctor if you're concerned. Could be anything at this point. [/quote]
