Colleague just had a baby. What's a decent baby gift for colleague these days?  When you know they already got the must-get stuff from a registry, so you're just sending something to acknowledge they had a baby?

Any cute things from Etsy? clothes? I laughed to my DH that we are so far removed from baby days that the stuff that was popular when DS was born - just 10 years ago -- is probably all on the "toxic to babies" list by now.  [/quote]
