Another Algebra 2 teacher here and I agree 100% with this. Just to add that we could often tell there was cheating going on at all math levels (student perfectly solves one problem using a more advanced method we haven't taught them, or solves it perfectly we we ask one way and then bombs the same problem half a page down because it's been laid out in a way that's not math app friendly) but it would have been too difficult to prove and we didn't want to get parents on our backs in what was already an incredibly difficult year.

We can now clearly see who learned the material and who didn't.  Many of those who didn't are going to end up retaking in summer school unless there's room for them to drop down to AFDA.[/quote]
