Thought affirmative action hurts Asians the most. The Supreme Court will be reviewing the policy this term. If it is reinstated, your offspring will be hurt by it. Unless you marry outside of your race or hide the fact DC is Asian.[/quote]

If the supreme court outlaws all form of preference or diversity measures (race, gender, legacy, regional), the side effects maybe worst than the desired effects.
While the number of blacks admitted to top colleges will decrease from 6% to 2% (desired effect), the number of whites will also decrease from 50% to 25%(side effect). This looks like a scorched earth  strategy.
