Nearby Frontierland is a campground and waterpark. I don't know anyone who has been there. (I smell RVs and rednecks? Not that there is anything wrong with that!) 
But it could be super fun with kids. If you like quiet and don't mind being a little off the beaten track that might be really nice. It is probably buggy due to the marshes. If you go to Ocean City for the boardwalk and restaurants you might have to get creative with parking. There are public lots or you could try using the lot for your restaurant or Seacrets, if you are just doing a few hours.
