She wanted to warn everyone in the neighborhood. It never made the news and so only the people who saw the post were alerted to the danger. I think a) cops/men in charge don’t really care about attacks on women and b) there is a desire to not report/under report crime stats so neighborhoods seem safer. [/quote]
