[/quote] None of this means that you can't ever drink or eat meat again. You're still able to make trade offs. For me, this would mean I only drank rarely, when it would really contribute to my fun (like a college reunion or wedding or something) and just plan a low key day the next day or two after. I'd probably eat less meat, but not no meat. It doesn't have to be black and white. [/quote]
