Doesnt even really pass the laugh test, does it? I mean, do we really think Saylor encourages other people to avoid DC taxes? What? This is Racine's MO. File big showy lawsuits against famous people and then watch them go down in flames. He should focus less on filing frivolous lawsuits against Mark Zuckerberg or Vladimir Putin or whoever else he reads about in the paper and do things that actually matter to DC residents. [/quote]
