If he was actually living here for more than half the year, it seems like a whole lot of people would know and it wouldn't take ten years to figure out. And he has a home in Miami Beach. I like D.C. and all but most people would consider living in Miami Beach to be far preferable to living here, and not simply because Florida doesnt have an income tax.
This is from Racine's press release:
The complaint includes detailed allegations that Saylor was physically present in DC for most of each year, despite claiming to be a Florida resident—including allegations detailing flight logs from MicroStrategy’s corporate jet and location-tagged social media posts. The whistleblowers’ complaint also alleges that Saylor openly bragged to friends and acquaintances about evading DC taxes and encouraged others to follow his example.

If there's where he works and spends most of his time, then he doesnt owe jack in income taxes to the District. Karl Racine is a joke. He should maybe focus on prosecuting some actual local criminals instead of dreaming up these silly lawsuits against Facebook, Google, et al that appear to be little more than desperate bids for press attention.
Criminal law enforcement is the jurisdiction of the US Attorney, not Racine (except for juveniles).
Racine just won a $4 million judgement against ghost gun manufacturers.
He just won a $2.54 million settlement with Instacart.
He got apartment owners to pay millions to resolve health and safety issues in their buildings.
He is a pretty good joke I guess.
