A breast pump could put you back a pretty penny. I tell people to not open it and keep the receipt until you're 1000% sure you're gonna use it. Sooooo many breastpumps are used only twice. Rent a hospital pump and if you're actually using it then open your pump. If there is any chance you will want to 3 across carseats that is a whole thing that requires special carseats. Research that and do yourself the favor of buying the right kind from the beginning. [/quote]
