Sure. It was originally priced in the low $800s and went for just over $850, I think (hasn't closed). This was in the McLean pyramid, not Pimmit Hills. I do know that it will not appraise for the sales price--that was clear in the negotiations. We would have had to make up the difference. [/quote]

So if it doesn't appraise for sales price but someone pays our of pocket to make up the difference, would the next home appraise for the previous one that didn't appraise?[/quote]
