Sure. It was originally priced in the low $800s and went for just over $850, I think (hasn't closed). This was in the McLean pyramid, not Pimmit Hills. I do know that it will not appraise for the sales price--that was clear in the negotiations. We would have had to make up the difference.
So if it doesn't appraise for sales price but someone pays our of pocket to make up the difference, would the next home appraise for the previous one that didn't appraise?

In my neighborhood, houses regularly sell for $50-125K over what Zillow says. I don't think it's accurate in this area at all.

I live in 22182. I don't pay much attention to sales (they will carry me out of my home feet first), but Fairfax County sure as hell thinks the value has gone up--my tax assessment is now higher than when we purchased in late 2007.

you can compare solds on franklymls from 2007 in a particular zip code to more recent solds.

Ive never heard of these zips. Are they real? 20007, 20008 , 20016 and 20015 are the only zip codes that really matter on DCUM.
