The company was great, but I really wanted to get back into the tech sector so I hustled and now I'm in my current role which I love. I'm fully remote, the job is relatively low stress and I have a decent amount of responsibility. The catch is that I barely make $70k. Because of the career struggles and health issues, I'm at an experienced analyst level. I've been contacted by similar tech companies that have senior roles and lead roles paying six figures or close to it. I really don't want to jump ship for the money, but I do need it and I wouldn't mind the responsibility, but I'm not 100% sure I'm ready for it(I also have Imposter syndrome). Is it worth jumping ship just for the money at this point? [/quote]
