Which are still offering them this 2022-2023 year? If they're offering them this year, are they planning on dropping next year or is the dropping now on hold indefinitely? Sidwell? NCS? STA? GDS?
As far as I know, the only AP classes offered at NCS are science and math classes, with one or two exceptions.
So they are still offering all science APs this year? And AP calc and stats? Are they stopping them next year?
I know I should know more since I have a kid there. But AP calc (AB and BC), AP Bio and AP Physics (2 levels) for sure. I don’t think AP Stats but not sure. I think there might be some AP language classes still around. I am 100% supportive of dropping them. The education/ teaching/ quality of teachers is amazing. If teachers feel they can offer a class without the AP designation and feel energized and excited, then that works for us. I want our teachers to feel like they have the freedom to teach how they prefer.
