They left Moco for Nashville and NYC. Amazon had already pre-determined their move to Arlington and tried to leverage MD and DC to sweeten VA's deal. Crystal City has excellent size and infrastructure bones from its pre-BRAC days, a no-brainer for Amazon to swoop in. [/quote]
