[/quote] What a strange takeaway. Quite the fantasy you have there, pp. That isn't what is happening in VA schools. Agree the focus on test scores may be disproportionate but if what you were saying were true, Virginia students wouldn't score as high on standardized tests as they do. But if you look at the methodology, you'll see that it's more than just test scores.[/quote]
