Moore will be a good chunk as well, but not as heavy as Peter. And Perez will have very little of the mail, so unless he has a nice lead after election night, he has no path come Wednesday morning.

You can take a look at the Cuellar / Cisneros election(s) to see how progressive the ED vote is vs. the mail and how moderate the mail is vs. the ED. There's a very real chance that on election night, Franchot has not won a single county and he ends up with 60% of them won by election end.[/i][/quote][/quote]
