I do think WW does a good job of encouraging overall healthy eating (although I disagree with them on certain things, like full fat vs nonfat dairy). I don't know when you did WW, but I could find pretty much anything processed in there, and lots of chain restaurant items as well. The label scanning is really easy. I just don't eat that much processed food. That can make logging really annoying in some environments, but not that bad in WW, where you only have to log foods with points. That said, I didn't like WW well enough to pay for it, and just used it for the 3 months I got it free through work.[/quote]
