If you’re eliminating all bedrooms from the first level, I’d add 4 bedrooms total for the home. Laundry on main or basement levels. I’m assuming if you’re adding bedrooms over a ranch style house, the new bedroom sizes and storage should be generous (because you’re doubling the footprint of your home). If not, reconsider your floor plan. [/quote]
