There’s hardly ever a car out there but the UT people complain about speeding and some hiss (literally) at anyone driving through. UT got horrendously overbuilt. The residents would not be affected because under this proposal they could access it anytime. So it’s someone in cahoots with Cheh or someone else trying to privatize taxpayer supported roads quietly. [/quote]
