When we did finally get together, it took all of a month for us to move in together. We got married about two years later. Been together 15 years now. I was right about the compromises to lifestyle, and also that he'd be a good, stable husband to me.

So I guess that's to say: it wasn't like I had some flash that he was "the one" and was going to whisk me off and make my dreams come true. More, that he was someone I could have a life with as my partner.[/quote]
