You don't give a lot of context in regards to whether you exercise, trying to lose weight, just not want to gain more weight, other foods you're eating (salmon, nuts, dairy)?? So it's hard to say if your diet plan is sustainable and more importantly, sustainable long term. fwiw: some fruits are super high in carbs , like bananas, but you don't give enough information as to how this factors into your plan...
Good point. I'm pretty healthy. Bmi wise and muscle mass wise. I mostly run slow long runs daily. Probably 6 to 8 miles a day. And I have a stand up desk that gets me another 2 to 5 miles walking in place. My outside of fruit diet varies but it's mainly stuff like a bagel, maybe a burger or spaghetti or some chicken for dinner. I didn't include this stuff because while I'm not on a fruit only diet I am more concerned that the fruit is high in sugar that may increase my blood sugar levels too much. Isn't that irrespective to what else I eat? Or does something like green tea lower my blood sugar too?
