I haven’t tried it, but it seems like a lot of sugar. I’m sure it’s healthier than getting a log of sugar from junk, which unfortunately I have tried and don’t recommend. As for veggies and processing time, have you tried frozen veggies? They don’t take long to nuke so there really isn’t much pre-processing time. You could add a little olive oil and garlic, cheese, or soy/terriyaki sauce possibly with furikake seasoning and maybe sunflower seeds.
I've tried frozen veggies. I used to live by them. But have you ever microwaved a bag of steamfresh broccoli in an office microwave. It's not the best smell. Other vegetables are better like sweet potatoes but I still have the problem of having to go get them which isn't as easy as getting fruit from almost everywhere.
I don’t microwave any vegetables in the bag, but I haven’t noticed a particular odor microwaving broccoli. Maybe there is one and I’m oblivious, or maybe I’m microwaving a smaller quantity that produces a smaller quantity of odor, but if it’s the plastic you smell, you might try microwaving veggies without the bag.
