Your husband needs to come home now.  If he can't for some reason, call a friend and ask them to come over.  Even if you don't feel like you're close enough to ask that favor. [b] I would walk out of work for literally any woman I know who said they needed emergency PPD care[/b] and left their kids in the car with the air on to get a break.

Use the crisis text link PP posted.  Call your pediatrician and your OB, tell them what you told us, and let them know it's an emergency.

+1. If a stranger pulled up in front of my house and asked for help with PPD I would help. Most women would. Many of us have experienced PPD.

Take it seriously. Demand help. And get your kids out of the car right now.
