In my experience as a weekly volunteer in K & 1 grade, no, that is probably a regular classroom. It is so sad for all the students and burns out the teachers that intentionally did not choose SpecEd. Some school of thought is that the challenged child will mirror other's better behavior. In reality, often makes it worse because the other kids don't like them. Then, the other kids start acting up.
