Yeah, I could see Dr. Roura doing that kind of testing and the REs doing the transfers. I had an NP do my water sono at my new clinic recently. I wonder if Dr. Roura is doing retrievals. He is definitely not an REI fellow in his role at Dominion - REI fellowships are formal 3-year programs affiliated with teaching hospitals/medical centers and are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.[/quote]

Same poster back again (so far it's me and the OP on this thread). I just happened to look at Dominion's website again literally moments after posting this, and look what they've done...now Dr. Roura has a picture and is labeled as a "fellow in reproductive endocrinology". https://www.dominionfertility.com/our-practice/our-doctors/
That said, what I typed above still stands that REI fellowships are completed as part of one of 48 or 49 ACGME-accredited programs around the US, and Dominion is not presently [u]clearly affiliated[/u] with any such programs. So I hope Dominion further clarifies what educational program Dr. Roura is affiliated with that makes him eligible to be designated as a "fellow in reproductive endocrinology."[/quote]
