Deutsche Bank predicted a major recession in 2023, and other financial institutions whose job it is to predict the future said there would be a much milder event. Whatever it is, with rising interest rates and out-of-control inflation, I don't think you'll see a 2022 real estate purchase in the DC area appreciate as fast as you want. [/quote]
