If you rest well today and tomorrow, you have a chance to head off possible complications that could turn this into a long recovery. Just eat well and drink well and avoid physical strain, mental strain... and compuer/phone screens. It really is worth this investment of a couple of days to help avoid symptoms that take a lot longer to resolve.[/quote]
