Caitlynn Peetz, senior reporter for Bethesda Beat here. Just popping in to drop a plug for the Beat's new(ish) weekly newsletter focused on MCPS and Montgomery County education. I author this newsletter that we launched in February, and every week I pick a topic to dive into a bit. So far, we've done some MCPS history, policy issues, hot topics of the week, etc. This section has exclusive analysis, insight or perspectives that you won't find elsewhere, including our regular coverage. 
We solicit reader questions to answer, curate the top education stories of the week and have a section where I drop links to resources, and interesting articles and research studies I'm reading.

I know everyone who comes to this blog is invested and interested in the county's public schools, so I think this resource would be beneficial to you.
