I'd guess the US and UK, mostly.[/quote] A lot of them are definitely attending universities in the US but only the brightest (and some richest) get sent. China's brightest are getting the best the US can offer in terms of education while here our brightest students can be looked over because they do not fit in some equity scheme (URM, First Gen, Legacy..)[/quote]
