I make myself "start" dinner at 5 but that doesn't mean I start cooking at 5 but rather I figure out what we are actually having (based on what I have defrosted and what I feel like) and figure out when I shoudl start. I could pull something together in as little as 30 minutes or it can take an hour. We eat at 6:30 or later if it takes longer and I'm running behind for whatever reasons (and there are many). I make most things from scratch, tasty whole food, very little processed stuff, if it is frozen it is because I made it previously and froze it. I try recipes ALL the time. [/quote]
