How long does it take? Would they typically come back to the house w/ their realtor to determine what the offer should look like? We had an open house this weekend and just wondering when to start being depressed that we didn't get any offers.... :)
Don't be depressed yet. I would never in a million years put an offer on a house after seeing it only at an open house, no matter how much I loved it. I can't concentrate well enough at an open house to do the full evaluation I need to do to determine if I *really* want a house. I would have to come back to see it again. Now, if I really loved it, I'd be back within 24 hours (if possible), but not every buyer can or will do that. Even if someone really is interested in your house, they may have to take some time to weigh their options or whatever else.
