You didn't tell us how big your bathrooms are and there is a huge price range in cabinets, tiles, fixtures, etc. Demo is expensive if you have mud set tiles that need to come out. If you are in the DC area, even a tiny bathroom is going to be ~$10,000 right now. I would plan on 4ish weeks if you can get all the supplies when you need them. [/quote]
