Agree but isn't it crazy to think FIL's current wife will never know. She's just living her life without that fact. I'll never speak of it but if ANYONE ever knew that my DH was cheating, past or present I would want to know, personally. [/quote]

From what I understand as an adult now, FIL probably told his AP half lies about his situation. 
AP probably believed most of it and may have theoretically thought she was engaging within a period of a safe zone when in fact he was still very much married with a family.  
Or maybe that's giving her too much credit? and she knew but still proceeded?  
Either way there was overlap in the time they started their relationship. FIL was still going out with his family and holding and kissing his wife while also cheating with AP.  [/quote]
