[/quote] I agree with you. It’s not really an ideal master bedroom for this price without an ensuite bath. Id convert the adjoining bedroom or walk in closet into a master bathroom. I think it’s priced right given the craziness right now. I think it settles at $1.8-$1.85 million. [/quote]
