Taking a quick look at the 2008/U14 girls divisions, ...

The bottom three finishers from the fall have moved to Divison 2 from Division 1 (Leesburg FC Thunder, Great Falls 08 United, and and PWSI Courage Classic).  Those teams have been replaced by the two top finishers from Division 2 (Alexandria White and Vienna YS Black).  SYC's 2009 Academy also appears in U14 D1, after seemingly playing in CCL and EDP last season as U13.

The two bottom finishers in D2 (CSA Courange and PPA Green) move from Division 2 to Division 3.  The two top finishers from D3 (MRM Rush Vikings and Lee-Mount Vernon Patriots-NCSL) move up to D2.

The only other change for D3 is the lack of "CALV LESC."

Spring schedules for USYS EDP and "vanilla" EDP are also out.
