He's offered me plenty of sympathy and always starts off the convo with "I'm so sorry" if we've had a failure, which I appreciate.  I also acknowledge I'm not the type who needs hand holding or comfort, I tend to be very type-A who is focused on the result lol.  He always manages expectations and is very honest and transparent - we always felt comfortable taking his honest guidance on whether he thinks we still hvae a chance, or whether it's time to hang our hats up.  But, as a whole Shady Grove tends to be more of a cookie-cutter conventional clinic. Dr Sagoskin will certainly work with you on hard cases, but you need to remmeber with him that his primary goal is to get you pregnant as quickly as possible but he also will only go so far.  If you're a DOR patient, I'd recommend exploring RE's  who specialize in DOR but if you're any other diagnosis, I highly recommend Sagoskin.[/quote]
