My mother kept mine but I never had kids. One of my Goddaughters did choose to wear it at her communion and it was very special. She has chosen to keep it for possible use in a christening gown or communion gown. Your daughter may one day want to do the same thing - why take that choice away from her? OP, really ... Think about all the other things in your house that can be donated or tossed, if space is an issue. The dress doesn't take up much room and can easily be tucked away.[/quote]
