Plus, Ilya is no racist - if you know him then you know that too.[/quote] I'll let others debate his character, and I get that he was trying to make a point, but you (and the Tim Carneys and Seth Mandels - hey, maybe it's one of you posting!) have to accept that posting those tweets was incredibly bad judgement and an embarrassment to Georgetown. There was a nasty racial undertone and he publicly pitted two justices on the DC Court of Appeals against each other. It's a very bad look. If I'm Georgetown I'm wondering if the talent outweighs some of the other questionable behavior. And we'd be having a frank discussion about what's expected from the Executive Director of the Center for the Constitution - online trolling is definitely not on the list.[/quote]
