Can you explain what is hard about it?  Do they need X number of minutes of physical activity a day?  My kid practices about 20 hours a week in the summer.  Can a coach sign off on activity or is a wrist monitor required?  Is there a health unit, too?[/quote]

We didn't do it but tons of my kid's friends did (we are LCPS).  There were modules where they have to do certain activities.  This was 3 years ago.  But everyone who took it said not to do it and that it was a nightmare.  One friend said they were up until 2 a.m. one night playing ping pong.  Again, maybe they put it off or something, but these were generally kids who can handle school, and many of them were varsity athletes so it wasn't that they weren't active enough.

Probably check with friends who've done it more recently, but don't assume it's going to be easy or not time-consuming is what I'd say.    [/quote]
