If you had done an ounce of research, you'd have known not to go with them. Sorry for being harsh, but I hope it's a lesson learned for next time, OP. The most responsible contractors are ridiculously expensive, but at least you have a lot more peace of mind. You can NEVER trust anyone, mind you. You must always inspect as much as you can!
