The meat section was fully stocked except for chicken! I even asked on the phone, "there's no meat at all? Like no substitutions?" and the caller said "no ma'am, sorry."

I also found the salad dressing, veggies, and OJ they had on my list of out of stock items. Now, were there some items on my list that were really out of stock? Sure, absolutely, which I expected and which has been the norm during most of this pandemic. There's always about 3-5ish things a week OOS. After I found everything on my list, I was left with the typical 4 items that were OOS.

I get that the store is insanely packed (no carts when I went in + very, very long lines) because of the storm and I understand that they are probably short staffed... but don't lie! That's what I'm most peeved about.

If you don't have the staff to fulfill the orders, restrict the amount of orders for each time slot. Other establishments are restricting hours and services due to staffing issues. The blatant lie is very upsetting and makes me rethink renewing my annual pass next month. [/quote]
