Don’t “serve” breakfast and lunch. Have food available. Set a few things out, then tell them they can help themselves to anything else they want. Tell them what the dinner menu is, then tell them they can help themselves to anything else they want. At least one night, set out a few takeout menus.
I’m actually blanking on breakfast. I know one likes oatmeal, but that won’t be good for lower carbs. Hard boiled eggs maybe? And bacon? I’m just blanking on things I can set out that won’t require me to cook right before serving or things that can be set out waiting for people to eat.
Omelettes are super easy and meet these requirements. It's not no prep, but you could mix a big bowl of eggs/milk/salt/pepper and have several fillings (cheese, spinach, ham, whatever) out and have people make their own. Frozen veg cooked in the microwave with the water pressed out with paper towels in a colander are really quick and work well.
