I guess we're at a place in our lives/child's age where we're not necessarily DOING things together at all times, he doesn't need supervision, but he's not interested in hiding away in his room all evening. I was thinking back to my childhood and thought of all the sit-coms my parents watched while I was in the same room coloring, reading, playing with toys. I'd watch here and there. But all the shows I want to watch have too much adult content. That said, I grew up with the TV always on, and so I still usually like to have something on. [/quote]
